Who buys from us in quantity
- Care homes and retirement communities. Bathroom and bedroom aids for several rooms at once.
- Clinics, hospitals and occupational therapists. Supply against a list that a clinician has already specified.
- Retailers and online resellers. Repeat quantities of the lines that sell, quoted against the schedule you give us.
One thing worth saying plainly, because it saves a conversation later: everything we sell is a daily living aid for the home, and we do not give clinical advice. If a fit-out depends on a clinical assessment, have an occupational therapist specify it and we will quote against their list.
What a quote covers
- Quantity. Trade pricing on bulk quantities across the whole range. The unit price moves with the number, so the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. Mixed orders across ranges and sizes, so one order can cover a bathroom, a bedroom and a garden fit-out.
- Timing. Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier across the United Kingdom. A bulk order is quoted with its own lead time, and if you need it by a date, say so at the quote stage.
- Delivery. Anything unusual about the delivery, such as an upstairs office with no lift, is worth telling us up front.
